Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in Solution/Platform Architecture roles.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Platform Architecture and enterprise solution design.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB, and CSM modules.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, Configuration Management, and Discovery concepts.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and workflow automation.
- Expertise in REST APIs, web services, and third-party system integrations.
- Experience defining instance strategy, platform governance, and technical standards.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, technical governance, and platform health.
- Experience with enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to engage executive leadership.
- Experience in pre-sales activities including solution scoping, effort estimation, and architecture reviews.
- Experience leveraging AI capabilities within enterprise business processes.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Platform Architect (CIS-PA) certification (Mandatory).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (Preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Design and define enterprise-level ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Lead architecture discussions with customers, enterprise architects, platform owners, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide architectural guidance across multiple ServiceNow workflows including ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB, and CSM.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop architecture roadmaps and implementation strategies to support digital transformation initiatives.
