ServiceNow Architect

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead platform strategy, solution design, AI architecture, and enterprise integrations within a highly regulated European environment. The architect will define the target-state architecture, establish governance standards, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow implementations.

Experience

· Minimum 10+ years of IT experience

· Minimum 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect

· Proven experience working within regulated European industries such as Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Utilities, or Public Sector

· Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist and AI Agent ecosystem preferred

Key Responsibilities

· Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture and platform roadmap

· Design scalable ServiceNow platform landscapes, governance models, and integration frameworks

· Lead architecture reviews, design authority boards, and technical governance

· Design AI-driven workflows leveraging Now Assist, AI Agents, and Generative AI capabilities

· Define integration patterns across ServiceNow, cloud platforms, identity providers, monitoring tools, and enterprise applications

· Ensure compliance with GDPR, operational resilience, audit, security, and regulatory requirements

· Mentor development teams and establish architectural standards
