Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with strong hands-on configuration skills across key HCM modules. The role requires end-to-end implementation experience and the ability to lead configuration activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform hands-on configuration in Oracle HCM, including Absence Management and Global HR.

Lead and support end-to-end implementation activities.

Work on Performance & Talent Management modules.

Handle personalization and security setup.

Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, HDSL/HDL loads, and OTBI reports.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Required Experience

Strong, well-rounded Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience.

Proven implementation experience in a key/lead role.

Hands-on expertise with Fast Formula, HDL/HDSL, and OTBI reporting.

Experience in Absence, Core HR, Performance & Talent preferred.

Experience Level: 7–10+ years in Oracle HCM.
