Required Skills
Required Qualifications and Experience Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
(e.g., Business, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Junior Data Product
Manager, or related discipline).
Demonstrable experience (e.g., early career role, internship, or placement) in a data,
product, or business analysis environment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across
multidisciplinary teams.
Analytical mindset with a strong interest in data, systems, and user-centric design.
Desired Skills and Attributes
Strong understanding of Product ownership and Business Analysis. Curiosity and a
proactive approach to problem-solving.
A good understanding of product management principles and data lifecycle concepts.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and logical thinking. Self-motivated, willing to
learn and adapt in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working with
cross-functional teams including customers, architects, engineers, developers, and
testers.
