• 8–12+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Expert in Apex , LWC , Lightning Experience , SOQL
• Strong configuration skills – Flows , Validation Rules , Process Builder
• Service Cloud expertise – Case Management , Knowledge , Omni-Channel , Queues
• User/security management – Roles , Permission Sets , Sharing
• Health Cloud experience (preferred)
• Integration experience – REST APIs , SQS , Platform Events , Middleware
• Experience with CI/CD , version control, automated testing
• Platform Developer Certification required
• Preferred certifications: Service Cloud, System Architect, Integration Architecture, Health Cloud
