IT Project Manager

This opportunity would suit an experienced IT Project Manager who enjoys being close to the business, working with a range of stakeholders, and delivering meaningful change. The role is ideally office-based five days a week to support collaboration and momentum, though a degree of flexibility is available.

As IT Project Manager, you'll take ownership of end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and senior stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with wider business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, managing, and delivering IT projects from initiation through to completion
  • Defining project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and success measures
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and resource allocations
  • Coordinating internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners
  • Tracking progress, managing dependencies, and adapting plans where required
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues
  • Ensuring projects align with organisational standards, governance, and security requirements
  • Communicating clearly with stakeholders on status, risks, and outcomes
  • Managing change requests and maintaining robust project documentation
  • Leading project meetings, reviews, and post-implementation evaluations
