My client a global managed security services business with headquarters in London are seeking a UK Sales Manager
My client is a global managed security services provider who partner with a number high profile clients from a wide array of sectors.
As the UK Sales Manager based in London, reporting to the Sales Director you will:
- Contribute to the annual sales strategy and planning process.
- Manage account plans and ensure strong execution across the team.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Support sales teams in understanding customer needs across MSS, technology sales, and Professional Services.
- Drive high renewal rates and identify upsell opportunities within our support client base.
- Collaborate with partners, presales, marketing, and service teams to accelerate growth.
- Present team performance at monthly management meetings.
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales talent at all levels.
- Identify training needs and support career progression, including fast-tracking internal talent.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with the Sales Director.
The most desirable UK Sales Manager applicant will have:
- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams.
- Background in IT / Cyber Security and familiarity with key technologies and vendors.
- Experience with the MEDDPICC framework (desirable).
- Deep understanding of the full client lifecycle.
- Experience in product portfolio development and marketing.
- The ability to balance customer needs with business goals.
- Ability to work from there London offices (hybrid).
£115K plus 100% in performance related bonus
