IT Technical Lead – 2nd Line

Join a leading IT Communications organisation and play a key role in delivering exceptional IT and communication services to a wide range of clients.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong technical skills and a proactive attitude. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team where you’ll be involved in day-to-day troubleshooting as well as exciting IT projects and solution implementations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing 2nd line support across hardware, software, and network issues
• Assisting with IT projects and the implementation of new solutions
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems efficiently
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times

What we’re looking for:

• Strong 2nd line IT support experience
• Ideally Microsoft certifications (or working towards them)
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• A full UK Driving Licence (required for client site visits)
