eFX Analyst

I am partnered with an independent market leader in soft commodities, offers trusted transparent and tailored technology solutions, engineering opportunities across FX, fixed income and commodities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day operational support and technical advice
  • Manage production technology incidents to resolution
  • Escalation and effective communication to business, technology and vendor partners
  • Design and configure complex onboarding solutions for clients
  • Analyse and quickly resolve trade queries using vendor log files and admin portals
  • Provide technical support & performance analysis for trading accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience within the Financial Services industry within FX trading or a similar position.
  • Hands on technology experience in Java, FIX protocol, SQL or Python
  • Understanding of e-trading and trading business flows
  • Experience in manipulating data to monitor trends & procedure reports
  • Ability to work in a structured way with clients and the business unit.
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Client-focused.
