Customer Success Manager – Financial Data & Analytics
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team within the financial data and analytics space. This role is responsible for ensuring a positive client experience and long-term satisfaction by driving adoption, retention, and value realisation across our suite of data, analytics, and workflow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients post-sale, managing the client relationship and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Drive product adoption by understanding client workflows and aligning our solutions to their strategic objectives.
- Deliver ongoing client training, education, and best practice sharing to maximize platform usage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues and provide customer feedback internally.
- Support renewals by demonstrating ongoing value and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Prepare and lead regular account reviews, usage reporting, and business reviews with clients.
- Stay current on industry trends, market changes, and product developments to provide informed and relevant guidance to clients.
