C# WPF UI Team Lead

You will be seeking a long term role where your expertise and contribution will be valued.Technical requirements:Strong commercial-grade C# and WPF user interface development skills via .NET 6-10, .NET Framework 4.8 or .NET Core.Some knowledge of C++ desktop UI, e.g. MFC, for occasional legacy workExpertise with Windows and Microsoft technologies in generalCan identify with business priorities and put into effect for your team of 3+ developers, delivering to time and qualityTechnical interview and hiring experience, onboarding experience, and mentoring skillsKeen to participate in, and supervise, detailed technical training with excellent documentationA collaborative approach, working alongside the engine team leadGiven the strong office culture, you will already be resident in the Cambridge area, or have strong ties here. You will have full existing long term UK work permission without visa sponsorship.
