We’re supporting a global insurer looking to introduce a scalable BA-as-a-Service capability to strengthen early-stage delivery, improve requirement quality, and reduce downstream engineering risk.

This is a high-impact role focused on bridging the gap between business intent and technical execution.

The Opportunity

You’ll lead structured discovery, define clear and actionable requirements, and embed best-practice BA frameworks across multiple initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders and engineering teams, you’ll bring clarity, consistency, and traceability to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions to translate concepts into validated, detailed requirements
• Produce use cases, process flows, and structured BA artefacts
• Ensure end-to-end traceability from business objectives to delivery
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams

Qualifications:

• Strong Business Analyst experience within data or technology environments
• Proven track record in structured analysis, documentation, and stakeholder alignment
• Experience working across complex transformation programmes
• Clear communicator with the ability to challenge, shape, and clarify requirements
