Presales Consultant
Role Overview
We are looking for a technically-rooted delivery professional who has naturally evolved into a client-facing, commercially aware role. This individual will sit at the intersection of technology and business, owning client engagements end-to-end, from scoping and SoW definition through to delivery and sign-off.
Core Experience
- Proven track record in tech consulting, managed services, or professional services delivery
- Strong experience writing and managing Statements of Work (SoW), including defining upper and lower deliverable boundaries
- Client-facing delivery management, owning relationships, expectations, and outcomes
- Working with associate or contractor models to resource and deliver projects
- Comfortable operating across both technical and business stakeholder groups
Technical & Commercial Skills
- Pricing and project modelling – able to build and sense-check commercial models
- Productisation – experience packaging repeatable services into defined offerings
- IP collation and case study development to support business development efforts
- Proficient in SharePoint for document management and collaboration
- Experienced with Monday.com or similar workflow/project management tools
Key Responsibilities
- Own the SoW process – defining, negotiating, and managing scope with clients
- Lead delivery of client engagements, managing associates and third-party resource
- Drive productisation initiatives – helping to package and scale what the business does
- Contribute to pricing and commercial modelling for new and existing engagements
- Build and maintain case studies and IP to support the sales and delivery pipeline
- Manage workflows via Monday.com and maintain documentation in SharePoint
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle
