Programme Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a major transformation initiative within the insurance space, focusing on migrating legacy schemes onto a new Policy Administration System. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex environments and has a strong track record delivering large-scale migration and transformation programmes in insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a schemes migration programme, moving legacy insurance products onto a new Policy Administration System
• Overseeing multiple workstreams across data, technology, and business change
• Driving programme governance, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Engaging with senior stakeholders across business, IT, and third-party vendors
• Ensuring smooth data migration, system integration, and user adoption

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager within insurance
• Strong background in legacy system migrations and transformation programmes
• Experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS)
• Strong understanding of data migration, governance, and risk management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex programme structures
