ECMS is representing an independent, London-based Lloyd’s broker seeking a hands-on Subject Matter Expert to guide a critical system selection project. Our client is moving away from a legacy support model to professionalize and future-proof their operations.

The Role

This is a high-impact, short-term engagement requiring your on-site presence in London. You will provide independent guidance to help a sophisticated broker select and implement the identified broker platform.

Key Responsibilities

Refine RFP requirements

Validate platform suitability, integration needs, and limitations.

Challenge bespoke processes to ensure operational simplicity and scalability.

Requirements

Proven experience in London Market broker system selections.

Ability to work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders.

A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset.
