Salary: £130,000 – £150,000 base
About the Role
We are seeking a Data Transformation Director to lead strategic data change initiatives across a global banking organisation. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving complex data transformation programmes that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee large-scale data transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and manage diverse stakeholder groups, including internal teams, external partners, and third-party vendors.
- Global Coordination: Lead collaboration across international service centres in Poland and India, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple time zones.
