🚀 Project Management Support – Finance Transformation (OneStream)
📍 London (50% European travel)
💰 £600–£800/day (outside IR35 likely depending on setup)
We are supporting a major finance transformation programme led by a Boutique Consulting firm, focused on the implementation of OneStream across multiple EPM workstreams.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the heart of a complex, multi-stakeholder programme — ideal for someone who thrives on structure, coordination, and bringing clarity to large-scale transformation.
🔧 The Role
You will act as the coordination and delivery backbone of the programme, ensuring alignment across workstreams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the integrated programme plan
- Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Own RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, decisions)
- Coordinate cross-functional workshops & senior stakeholder sessions
- Prepare and distribute status reporting for leadership and programme sponsors
- Support governance and ensure consistent communication across the programme
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience supporting large-scale consulting or tech implementation programmes
- Strong PMO / project coordination background within finance transformation
- Familiarity with EPM platforms (ideally OneStream)
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-workstream environment
- Ability to translate complex updates into clear, concise executive-level reporting
