Senior LPO / Legal Transformation Leader
We are working with a global leading IT services and consulting firm looking for an experienced Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) lead, Legal Operations or Legal Transformation Senior leader in their new fast growing practice.
This is a strategic and commercially focused role, responsible for leading complex client relationships, overseeing large-scale legal outsourcing and transformation programmes, and driving the growth and performance of managed services.
You will operate at senior and C-suite level, working closely with key clients and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence, identify opportunities for growth and lead transformation across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop strategic relationships with senior and C-suite client stakeholders.
- Oversee complex LPO, Legal Managed Services and transformation programmes.
- Lead large-scale transformation and transition initiatives.
- Take commercial responsibility for major client accounts, including growth, revenue and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and develop existing client relationships.
- Lead multiple engagement managers and geographically diverse teams.
- Drive operational efficiency, service improvement and innovation.
- Act as a transformation and transition subject matter expert for clients.
- Ensure high standards of delivery across complex and regulated environments.
About You
You will have significant senior-level experience within Legal Process Outsourcing, Legal Managed Services, Legal Operations, BPO or Legal Transformation.
Candidates may currently be operating at Director, Senior Director, Managing Director, VP, Account Executive or Transformation Lead level.
You should be able to demonstrate:
- A strong track record delivering large-scale transformation and transition programmes.
- Experience managing multi-million-pound/dollar client accounts or programmes.
- Strong C-suite and senior stakeholder management experience.
- Commercial responsibility across account growth, revenue and profitability.
- Experience leading large and geographically diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of legal operations, risk, compliance, contract management or regulated environments.
- The ability to identify and develop commercial opportunities within strategic accounts.
- Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
- The credibility to act as a trusted strategic adviser to senior client executives.
Working Arrangements
This is a London-based hybrid opportunity, with a blend of office, client-site and home working depending on business and client requirements.
