ECR Global is growing and we’re looking for a high-performing established Senior Recruiter to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment and enjoys owning both business development and delivery.

🔎 The Role:

• Full 360 recruitment responsibility (business development + resourcing)
• Win new clients and grow existing PSL accounts
• Source, engage, and place high-quality candidates
• Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted recruitment partner
• Contribute to the growth and success of ECR Global

💡 What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in business development within recruitment (essential)
• Strong background in end-to-end resourcing/delivery
• Ideally experience in IT Recruitment or Consulting sector
• Confident, commercially minded, and target-driven
• Able to commute to Potters Bar
