ECS Resource group are currently working with a World's Leading Technology Organisation who are looking for a SC Cleared Azure DevOps Engineer to support their Azure DevOps environment.

As an SC Cleared Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Develop and maintain ADO Knowledge Base articles in ServiceNow.
• Deliver high-level training and enablement sessions on ADO concepts for technical and non-technical teams.
• Perform BAU activities to ensure smooth platform operations.
• Conduct discovery and analysis of existing ADO environments and configurations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, issue logs, and knowledge articles.
• Track, analyse, and report on quarterly ticket volumes to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.

Please note, the below requirements are essential and candidates without this will not be considered:

• Active SC Clearance is essential, candidates without this will not be considered.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps administration and support.
• Strong understanding of Azure DevOps infrastructure and services.
