We're partnering with a Global Services Provider who are seeking a SharePoint Engineer to deliver technical support and issue resolution across SharePoint Online portals.

As a SharePoint Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• You'll manage ServiceNow tickets, troubleshoot issues, assist users, and help ensure reliable and secure SharePoint operations.
• Manage and resolve SharePoint-related ServiceNow tickets
• Support users with sites, libraries, permissions, and workflows
• Troubleshoot access, integration, and Power Automate issues
• Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with architects/developers
• Promote best practices, governance, and data security

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and permissions
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Familiarity with Power Automate, PowerShell, and Teams integration
• Good understanding of metadata, version control, and content types
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills
• Awareness of Microsoft 365 governance and security standards
