Role Profile

We are looking for an experienced Zscaler Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the modernization and optimization of our existing Zscaler environment.

The role will focus on enhancing our current implementation of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), aligning it with evolving business and security needs, and ensuring it delivers maximum value in a modern, cloud-first architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the current Zscaler environment (ZIA/ZPA) and identify opportunities for modernization and optimization.
• Lead design improvements, policy tuning, and advanced configuration to align with evolving security and access requirements.
• Collaborate with internal IT, security, and network teams to refine and streamline the Zscaler integration across our global environment.
• Provide recommendations and implement best practices for secure access, performance, and scalability.
• Support migration away from Legacy solutions or outdated configurations as part of the modernization effort.
• Document current-state and future-state architectures and configurations.
• Deliver technical expertise and guidance for any changes impacting identity integration (SSO, SAML), policy enforcement, or user access flows.
• Work closely with Zscaler support and account teams to resolve complex issues and stay up to date with new platform capabilities.
