Business Analyst

Birmingham (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote- NONE NEGOTIABLE) International Operations IT Team

Are you a seasoned Business Analyst ready to drive change and deliver value across a dynamic portfolio of IT projects? We're looking for a proactive, analytical thinker to join a high-performing team supporting application and infrastructure initiatives across a global organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead the full analysis lifecycle: from scoping and benefit identification to requirements management and benefits realization.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to optimize processes and support business change.

• Own and drive the analysis process, influencing decisions and facilitating complex discussions.

• Support testing phases including user acceptance and traceability to business benefits.

• Deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.

Essential:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in Legal, Finance, or IT sectors.

• Strong documentation and presentation skills, including visual diagrams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• Self-motivated with a passion for delivering business value.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and full project delivery cycles.

• Experience in legal environments or large-scale business process change.

• Exposure to working with external suppliers and offshore development teams.

• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate.

• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support wider IT initiatives.

• Problem-solver with a knack for pre-empting challenges.
