Cisco Engineer

Location: Taunton
Start Date: Week commencing 18th (flexible)
Duration: 4 weeks

Rate: £400 - £450 per day (Inside IR35)
Security Clearance Required: SC Cleared

We're looking for a Contract Network Engineer to support a short-term deployment project in Taunton.

This role involves loading pre-built Cisco configurations onto new equipment - no installation, racking, or patching required. You'll be working with a pre-staged environment and following a clear set of tasks focused purely on configuration upload and validation.

• Valid SC Clearance

• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and config management

• Familiarity with tools such as PuTTY, CMD, or terminal interfaces

• Ability to follow pre-defined processes accurately and securely

This is a straightforward but important piece of work, ideal for a reliable engineer who knows their way around Cisco CLI and wants a clean, focused contract.
