EUC Engineer

EUC Engineer (Laptop Support & Build)
Contract: 4 Months
Rate: £170 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Onsite - 5 days per week
Clearance: Must be eligible for BPSS

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading IT services provider for an experienced EUC Engineer to support a large-scale end-user computing environment. This role will focus heavily on laptop builds, deployments, and user support, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for end users.

Key Responsibilities

-Build, configure, and deploy laptops to end users
-Provide hands-on support for hardware and software issues
-Troubleshoot and resolve EUC-related incidents efficiently
-Manage device imaging and rebuilds
-Maintain accurate records of assets and support tickets
-Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Key Skills & Experience

-Proven experience in EUC / Desktop Support roles
-Strong laptop build and deployment experience
-Knowledge of Windows OS, imaging tools, and device configuration
-Experience supporting end users in an enterprise environment
-Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
