Customer Success Manager - Microsoft
£55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus

We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Customer Success Manager to take ownership of the customer lifecycle across Microsoft technologies, helping customers maximise the value of their investment across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Security and Azure.

You'll build strong customer relationships, drive adoption and engagement, support renewals, identify opportunities for expansion, and ensure customers receive proactive support throughout their Microsoft journey.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing a portfolio of Microsoft customers and building strong relationships.
• Helping customers get the most from their Microsoft technology investment.
• Supporting retention, renewals and account growth.
• Identifying customer needs, risks and potential opportunities.
• Working with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver customer outcomes.
• Tracking customer activity, engagement and key actions.
• Proactively engaging customers to improve satisfaction and long-term value.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar customer-facing role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot and Security.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded, with an understanding of retention, renewals and account growth.
• Able to communicate technical concepts in a clear, business-focused way.
• Comfortable working across sales, technical and service teams.
• Experience using CRM and customer management tools.

Desirable:

• Background within an MSP, CSP or Microsoft Partner environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing and cloud commercial models.
• Exposure to Copilot, Azure, Security or Modern Work projects.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
