Project Manager - Salesforce

£475 a day - Outside IR35

6-Month Contract

Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite Weekly East London

We're seeking a proactive and personable Project Manager to join our IT team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong track record in project delivery, excellent stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience with Salesforce and Oracle HCM.

Key Focus Areas

• Lead and support Salesforce-related workstreams and Oracle HCM projects
• Oversee the rollout of Access Control Lists (ACL) via Salesforce
• Ensure high standards of project governance and documentation
• Collaborate across teams to align projects with strategic IT goals

Essential Skills

• Proven Project management experience managing multiple projects with urgency and precision
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Oracle HCM, and SQL
• Proficiency in MS Project and Jira
• Strong skills in change management documentation and stakeholder reporting
• Solid general technology understanding
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
