Senior ServiceNow Developer

Contract | Remote | £475/day Outside IR35 | 3-Month Rolling Contract

We're currently seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a major transformation programme focused on building and enhancing a modern ServiceNow environment.

This is a hands-on role for a ServiceNow specialist who enjoys designing, developing and delivering scalable platform solutions while working closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and configure ServiceNow solutions aligned to business requirements
• Build and enhance workflows, automations and integrations across the ServiceNow platform
• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable and secure solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support platform improvements, testing, troubleshooting and defect resolution
• Contribute to platform governance, best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate within Agile delivery teams to deliver business-critical projects

Required Experience

• Strong commercial experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Proven experience across ServiceNow development, configuration and administration
• Strong scripting experience including JavaScript
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts and Flow Designer
• Experience developing integrations using REST and/or SOAP APIs
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices
• Experience working with stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions

Desirable Experience

• Experience with CSM, FSM or SPM modules
• ServiceNow platform integration experience
• Exposure to Salesforce, Genesys Cloud or other enterprise platforms
• Experience within large-scale transformation programmes
• Telecommunications industry experience
