£30,000–£35,000 + up to £15,000 bonus based on KPI's

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing technology sales team based in Newark. Our client is a leading UK provider of secure cloud, connectivity, and managed IT services.

This is a fully office‐based role offering an excellent opportunity to develop a career in technology sales, with structured training and clear progression.

Role responsibilities

  • Generating new business through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Researching target accounts and identifying key decision makers
  • Qualifying leads and booking meetings for Account Executives
  • Keeping CRM activity and pipeline information up to date
  • Building knowledge of IT services, cloud, and technology solutions

Essential skills

  • Experience in sales, SDR/BDR, inside sales, or outbound calling
  • Previous experience in IT, SaaS, MSP, telecoms, or technology services
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working to targets
  • Motivated, organised, and keen to grow within technology sales
