Contact Centre RFP Lead

Contact Centre RFP Lead Location: Alcester (1/2 days per week in office) Contract Length: 6 months Rate: £450 per day, Outside IR35 Role Profile We are looking for a telephony consultant for a 6-month contract to help guide and optimize our contact centre operations using cloud-based solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and optimizing CCaaS solutions that enhance customer service and drive operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-based contact center solutions, with hands-on experience in system design, integration, and troubleshooting of CCaaS platforms.

You will work closely with stakeholders and department heads to understand their business needs.

The core deliverable of this role will be to manage an end-to-end RFP procurement process of the new company telephony CCaas system, aswell as engaging with 3rd parties and internal project teams to deliver the solution. xkybehq
