??? Windows 11 Deployment Support (Contract) ?? Location: On-site in Portsmouth (Office Hours, 5 Days/Week) ?? Duration: Approx. 48 Working Days ?? Rate: £160/day (Inside IR35) ??? Clearance: NPPV2 required ?? Start Date: ASAP

We're seeking a proactive and hands-on IT professional to support the rollout of Windows 11 across our organisation. You'll be part of a fast-paced deployment operation, with a daily target of up to 850 devices . This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact while working in a secure, structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite support during the Windows 11 deployment

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during rollout

• Ensure smooth migration with minimal disruption to users

• Log, escalate, and resolve incidents in a timely manner

• Collaborate closely with the deployment team and end users

Skills & Experience:

NPPV2 security clearance (essential)

• Prior experience supporting large-scale OS rollouts

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments

• Confident in diagnosing and resolving technical issues

• Excellent communication and user support skills
