The business operates at scale across the UK and Europe, partnering with vehicle retailers to help them drive demand, improve stock performance and compete more effectively in a digital-first market. Their platform is already well known within automotive retail, this role is about commercial expansion, not brand education.
With continued investment, strong inbound demand and ambitious growth targets, the company is strengthening its acquisition-focused sales team with experienced B2B professionals who want to sell a market-leading solution.
The Role:
As Senior New Business Sales Manager, your remit is clear: win new customers.
You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, targeting automotive retailers across independents, car supermarkets and dealer groups, and converting interest into signed commercial agreements.
This is not an account management role.
It is a commercial, target-driven position where success is measured by new revenue and dealers won.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identifying and targeting net new B2B opportunities within automotive retail.
- Driving outbound activity via cold calling, LinkedIn, campaigns, referrals and face-to-face meetings.
- Engaging senior commercial stakeholders including Dealer Principals, Group Directors and Heads of Sales.
- Running structured discovery conversations focused on commercial performance and ROI.
- Positioning solutions with confidence, credibility and clarity.
- Managing opportunities end-to-end from first contact through to signed agreement.
- Building and maintaining a high-quality, well-forecasted pipeline.
- Accurately tracking activity and performance through CRM.
