Business Development Manager (UK Market)

You’ll work with high-potential sectors including:

• Technology & DeepTech (ICT, AI, Industry, Cyber, Defence)

• Health & Future Technologies (e-Health, ClimateTech)

In this role, you will:

• Build strategic networks across the UK

• Create export and investment opportunities

• Support Estonian companies entering and scaling in the market

• Connect businesses with partners, investors and ecosystems

What matters most:

• Strong understanding of international business growth and market expansion with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in tech, startups, scaleups, or innovation ecosystems.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

• Ability to identify and develop high-value business leads

• Data-driven mindset - using AI tools, open-source intelligence and

market research to uncover opportunities

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
