Facilities Project Manager (FTC for 12 months)
Base Salary - £60,000 to £70,000 (Based on skillset)
Head office based in Farnborough, but project work across UK
My client is a leading technology consultancy providing digital solutions in high security environments across the UK. Working with some of the most innovative companies within the defence and national security sector, they work to create seamless, secure and scalable network infrastructure solutions.
The Role:
As Facilities Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering real value for your customers, managing projects through their implementation and life cycle, to ensure successful outcomes.
The role will plan, coordinate and manage all phases of the construction projects, managing budgets, risk and resource allocation to ensure successful implementation, cost efficiency and timely delivery. You will manage all stakeholder engagement with clients, security stakeholders, internal teams and external partner and subcontractors.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant qualification in construction, engineering and/or project management.
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction / fitout project management.
- Proven track record of delivering multi £m projects on time and to budget.
- Experience working in high security / high risk environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A minimum of SC level of security clearance.
