Job Title: Account Director (North or South accordingly)

Location: Hybrid – 3–4 days per week with clients or at Tunbridge Wells HQ, with flexibility for home working

Team: Commercial

Reporting to: CEO

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £60,000 base

OTE: £80,000–£100,000+ (uncapped, based on performance)

The Opportunity

This is a hybrid Business Development + Account Management role designed for someone who loves both opening doors and growing accounts. You will:

  • Lead outbound and strategic new‐business acquisition
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing dealership groups and OEM partners
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients adopting our AI technology
  • Play a key role in shaping processes, revenue strategy, and customer engagement

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Identify, target, and convert new automotive retail prospects
  • Build pipeline through outreach, referrals, events, and industry networking
  • Deliver compelling demos, proposals, and commercial pitches
  • Drive net‐new revenue across ELLA’s AI product suite

Account Management

  • Own a portfolio of established ELLA clients
  • Build senior‐level, multi‐stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure renewals, retention, and long‐term growth

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to deliver exceptional onboarding and delivery
  • Provide structured market and client feedback to shape product direction
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasting, and activity tracking

What You’ll Bring

· Experience in a commercial, sales, BDR, or account management capacity

· Strong communication and consultative selling skills

· Ability to open senior‐level conversations and build strategic trust

· Comfortable with outbound prospecting and account development

· Familiarity with SaaS, AI, CRM tools, or automotive operations (any of these is beneficial, none required)

· A proactive, results‐oriented mindset
