EM360Tech.com is launching a high-margin, authority-led executive events division and we are looking for a commercially driven event leader to build, lead, own and scale it. The individual is someone who has launched B2B tech events before, owned sponsorship revenue, understands P&L and has always wanted to run their own events business.
Not exhibitions.
Not badge farms.
Not sponsor-heavy, delegate chaos.
We are building tightly curated, analyst-led executive forums designed for senior enterprise IT and business leaders:
- 70–90 qualified end users
- 2–3 leading global analysts
- 8–10 carefully selected sponsors
- High-calibre discussion
- Real business conversations
- Strong commercial margins
And we’re looking for someone who wants to run it like it’s theirs.

- Architect the event model
- Launch the first flagship forum
- Own the P&L
- Define the commercial strategy
- Build the calendar
- Scale a repeatable, profitable division
- Recruit and lead your own team as it grows
You will use EM360Tech’s platform, brand, audience, analyst network and sponsor relationships.
But the execution, momentum and growth will be yours.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in B2B technology events
- Delivered executive-level conferences
- Secured and managed sponsorship revenue
- Owned or heavily influenced P&L
- Built repeatable event models

Year 3:
- Lead a self-sustaining division
- Build long-term asset value
