Our client is seeking a versatile, communication-savvy professional to operate at various depot locations as part of their IT team, providing onsite and remote support and maintenance of software, hardware, and the company intranet. Role & Skills:  
- Provide technical support and maintenance of desktop, mobile devices, peripherals, and software to deliver exceptional service to our client's IT users.
- Organise the configuration, delivery, and installation of hardware and software, ensuring users can function efficiently.
- Assist in delivering small to medium-sized IT projects involving the company's network infrastructure and desktop estate.
- Provide a "customer-first" approach to ticket management, adhering to our client's IT standards for service excellence.
- Offer informal training and coaching to IT users, helping them master new systems and tools.
- Evaluate, test, and recommend software and hardware to boost system efficiency and business productivity.
- Administer the client's Active Directory and M365 portal, ensuring accurate access levels for timely user management.
- Monitor and maintain IT stock levels to ensure continuity of service.
- Adhere to the client's IT security standards, managing incidents per security practices.
- Support the maintenance of the client's IT security perimeter, helping identify and understand new and existing attack vectors.

Tech & Tools:
- Work with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, a cutting-edge PSA, and an RMM tool.
 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- A Microsoft Associate-level qualification or equivalent knowledge of desktop hardware, software applications, OS, and network connectivity in a multi-site environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong understanding of service desk operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to desktop/laptop computers, network hardware, and Office 365.
- Effective communication skills for working with third-party suppliers and resolving incidents.
- Proven ability to deliver complex concepts clearly to users at all levels.
- Ability to prioritise under pressure, manage workloads, and work independently with high initiative.
