Drive New Business Growth with Google Cloud (GCP). This is not a traditional partnerships or alliances role. We’re looking for a commercially driven, hands-on GTM leader who is focused on new business development, winning new logos, and actively driving revenue, with Google Cloud (GCP) acting as a key route to market.
You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling growth across industry verticals such as Retail & Consumer Goods, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and potentially others, working at the intersection of Cloud, Data, and AI within a global technology consultancy.
What You’ll Be Owning
This role is about converting opportunity into revenue. You will:
- Lead new business development and new logo acquisition across your chosen vertical(s)
- Build and execute joint Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies with Google Cloud (GCP)
- Leverage the GCP ecosystem to generate pipeline, open doors, and close deals
- Identify and develop new revenue streams through GCP-led opportunities
- Position and sell industry-specific solutions that solve real business challenges
- Expand strategic accounts while maintaining a strong focus on net new growth
You’ll also act as a key connector between:
- Internal sales and delivery teams
- Google Cloud (GCP) partner, sales, and industry stakeholders
- Senior client stakeholders driving digital transformation
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent new logo wins and revenue growth
- Strong pipeline generation through GCP co-sell and partner motions
- Trusted relationships across GCP stakeholders and client organisations
- Clear commercial impact within your vertical(s)
- Internal teams enabled to co-sell effectively and scale pipeline
Your Background
- Proven track record in new business sales / business development within IT services or consulting
- Strong experience owning and delivering against revenue targets
- Experience working with hyperscalers - GCP preferred, AWS/Azure considered if relevant
- Ability to leverage partnerships (especially GCP) as a sales channel, not just manage them
- Experience navigating complex, enterprise-level sales cycles
- Domain experience in Retail & Consumer Goods, Healthcare & Life Sciences, or similar industries
