We’re working with a well-established firm that’s looking for someone like you – someone who has led or supported process improvement projects and wants to focus more deeply on service quality, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. This 12-month fixed-term contract is based in Manchester and offers hybrid working, professional growth, and the chance to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting experienced Service Delivery Managers in delivering high-quality services to internal and external clients
  • Driving improvements in service delivery processes – identifying bottlenecks, documenting workflows, and helping shape practical solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships to keep delivery on track
  • Analysing service delivery performance – creating reports, spotting trends, and recommending improvements based on data
  • Acting as a point of contact for issue resolution, escalating where necessary and ensuring smooth day-to-day service operations
  • Communicating clearly and confidently with a range of colleagues and clients, both verbally and in writing
  • Taking ownership of your own learning and development – this is a role where you’ll be supported to grow

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in project management, ideally with a focus on service improvement, operational efficiency, or client delivery
  • A genuine interest in moving into service delivery full-time
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you know how to untangle issues and propose workable solutions
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
