You’ll partner with major international consultancies and help well-known, high-profile clients reshape how they work — from implementing cutting-edge systems, including Workday, Anaplan and Planful.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and knows how to turn challenges into business outcomes.

As our new Business Analyst, you’ll:

  • Design processes that eliminate inefficiencies and deliver better user experiences
  • Translate complex, ambiguous problems into clean, actionable solutions
  • Act as a bridge between business teams, technology vendors, and delivery partners
  • Influence decision-making through well-evidenced recommendations

Core Responsibilities:

  • Run structured workshops and interviews to extract genuine business needs
  • Define detailed, prioritised requirements documentation
  • Map current-state processes and design optimised future-state workflows
  • Conduct data analysis to ensure quality and integrity across systems
  • Support configuration and system decisions to maximise value
  • Manage data migration planning and execution
  • Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise transformation
  • Familiarity with financial planning or ERP tools like Planful, Workday, Anaplan, or Adaptive
  • Experience of EMP functionality
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organisation
  • Skilled in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
  • Confident using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and BPMN or process mapping software
  • Solid understanding of data migration and integration challenges

Why Join Us:

  • Work with Tier 1 consultancies on transformation projects for FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 clients
  • Competitive salary, performance bonuses, and career progression
  • Funded professional development (e.g., CBAP, BCS certifications)
  • Flexible hybrid working (typically 2–3 days onsite)
  • Real ownership, real exposure, and real impact from day one
