Contract: Full-time, 12-month contract (with potential to become permanent)

ENB are supporting a Northamptonshire based client who is recruiting for a Business Analyst on a 12 month FTC (with potential to go full time, permanent). The business is always looking at smarter ways to work, with a particular focus on their systems & process .
This is a key role for them to identify, design and deliver system and process improvements that make a real impact.
You will be:
- Working closely with teams across IT, Operations, Sales, Finance and Production to understand business needs.
- Mapping, analysing and improving end to end business processes
- Translating business requirements into clear functional and non-functional system specifications
- Supporting all system selection, configuration and implementation projects
- Acting as a bridge between business users, IT teams and external suppliers
- Supporting change management to ensure new systems and processes are successfully adopted
- Defining KPIs, tracking benefits and measuring the impact of improvements
- Producing documentation such as process maps and user stories to further support project delivery
What experience are they looking for?
- Proven experience in delivering business improvement initiatives within a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement or system implementation
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
