- Delivered workflow automation and low-code solutions using technologies such as Power Automate, Power Apps or SharePoint, creating measurable efficiency gains.
- Built modern reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel and Azure technologies.
- Successfully led and developed high-performing teams while influencing senior leadership.

As part of an ambitious growth strategy, they are creating a brand-new Head of Data & Analytics role to transform how data is used across the organisation and to develop future client-facing data services.
We're looking for an experienced Head of Data & Analytics who combines technical excellence with commercial thinking.
This is far more than a reporting role. You'll have a deep understanding of statistical methodologies and advanced analytical techniques , but your real strength will be translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
We're keen to understand the impact you've made. How have your insights increased profitability, improved client experience, streamlined operations or supported strategic decision-making? How have you used data to create genuine business value?
You'll lead the organisation's data strategy, build and develop its analytics capability, and create a culture where data underpins better decisions across the business. You'll also play a pivotal role in modernising processes through automation, low-code solutions and AI-enabled technologies.
