If you’re driven by solving complex, real‐world problems and want to build modern technology that accelerates the global energy transition, you’ll feel right at home with us.About the roleReporting to the Head of Payments, Risk and Collections, the Credit Risk Product Manager owns ENSEK’s end-to-end credit risk product strategy across acquisition, onboarding, in-life risk management, collections and debt recovery.You will shape and deliver credit risk capabilities across B2C, B2B and I&C markets, balancing regulatory compliance, commercial outcomes and customer experience while partnering closely with engineering, commercial, design and client teams.This is a highly autonomous product role where you will make data-driven decisions, influence strategic direction and help energy suppliers reduce bad debt exposure through modern SaaS and AI-enabled risk capabilities.Key responsibilities:Own and evolve the credit risk product strategy, vision and roadmap across the full customer lifecycleDefine and prioritise initiatives spanning acquisition, in-life risk management and collections strategiesTranslate complex regulatory requirements (FCA, Ofgem, ICO) into clear, actionable product deliverablesPartner with engineering to scope, size and deliver scalable, data-driven capabilitiesUse data to define KPIs, dashboards and performance frameworks, driving continuous improvementCollaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure the product addresses real-world credit and collections challengesKey outcomes:Increased adoption and measurable client outcomes across the credit risk product suiteReduced bad debt exposure through improved credit decisioningDelivery of roadmap initiatives with clear commercial value and impactStrong stakeholder engagement and high-quality, data-driven decision makingOngoing regulatory compliance across credit risk, collections and data usageExperience required:Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, ideally in fintech, credit or utilitiesTrack record delivering credit risk or financial decisioning products end-to-endStrong understanding of credit lifecycle processes (acquisition, in-life management, collections)Deep knowledge of collections-stage credit risk utilisation, including debt scoring, propensity-to-pay modelling, Gini curves, retro analysis, performance tracking, scorecards, segmentation strategies, and working with DCAsStrong understanding of regulatory frameworks (FCA, Ofgem, CRA data, GDPR)Data-led mindset with experience defining metrics, dashboards and experimentation approachesPassion for and experience in AI-driven credit decisioning, leveraging AI-powered platforms, bureau data enrichment tools and predictive analytics to improve model accuracy and accelerate insight generationAbility to work autonomously, influence stakeholders and drive product decisions at paceCompany Benefits25 days’ holiday + bank holidaysOption to buy or sell 5 extra annual leave days per yearVitality Health Insurance, including private healthcare, virtual GP access, mental‐health support and wellbeing perks (50% off gym memberships -Virgin Active, Nuffield, PureGym)Pension with 5% matched contributionRegular team‐wide and company‐wide events2 volunteering days per year to give backRemote‐first working environment with offices in London and Nottingham
