Product Manager - Technology

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

  • Working alongside a diverse group of colleagues to explore opportunities and design thoughtful product solutions

Are we the perfect match?

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant area

  • Practical experience as a Product Manager, ideally using agile ways of working

  • Familiarity with discovery practices, user research and collaborating with technical teams

  • An awareness of technology trends and how they can be applied thoughtfully in product design

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect and collaborate

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience in energy, utilities or another customer-focused sector

  • Skills in storytelling or presenting ideas in ways that engage and inspire others

  • Confidence in balancing multiple viewpoints and bringing harmony across diverse perspectives

  • A mindset for continuous learning, growth and resilience

  • Previous involvement in mentoring, supporting or coaching colleagues
