Enterprise Data & AI Program Director (Global Delivery Organisation)

We're looking for an Enterprise Data & AI Program Director to join our team in London, UK in a hybrid working mode. In this senior leadership role, you will define the strategic direction for EPAM's most complex data and AI programs, ensuring programs deliver measurable business value. You will serve as the senior point of contact for our clients on strategy, governance and outcomes, partnering with delivery managers and technical leaders to align execution with business objectives. This position does not involve hands-on design or day-to-day delivery management; instead, it focuses on strategy, relationship management and safeguarding the long-term success of programs through robust governance and commercial alignment.
