In this role, you will support mission-critical global derivatives trading environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on robust trading systems, contribute to operational improvement, and collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to achieve business objectives.Ensure proactive management of critical end-to-end workflows, enhancing system stability and resilienceSupport troubleshooting and resolution of issues across development, support, and business stakeholdersServe as a subject matter expert for trading systems initiatives and regulatory complianceProvide hands-on support for scalable algorithmic trading technology in a compliant frameworkDrive improvements by addressing technical debt and delivering robust solutions from quick fixesParticipate in global on-call rotation for incident response and operational continuityMinimum 8 years of experience in Commodity Trading & Capital Markets/Investment BankingStrong understanding of major global futures exchanges and derivatives trade lifecycleProven track record in application deployment and Front Office application support8+ years of experience with real-time market data distribution platforms and feedhandlersKnowledge of time-series analytics frameworks such as kdb or ShaktiSolid technical skills in scripting/programming (Python, PowerShell, C#, SQL or similar)8+ years of FIX engineering experience and certification processesFamiliarity with EMS/OMS software like TT, Bloomberg, NYFIX or TradingScreenExpertise in troubleshooting and maintaining continuous trading operations under pressure
