ICT Apprentice
This established gaming and esports events agency is looking for an apprentice to assist with and develop ICT skills in a unique environment.
Role
- Support ongoing maintenance of IT hardware
- Prepare equipment for events
- Set up and support IT hardware and systems at events
- Understand and apply best GDPR practice in systems
- Respond to support requests online and at events
- Support ongoing cyber security requirements including annual audits and ongoing assessments
- Support with cloud-based systems such as AWS including server deployment, maintenance and security
- Select a specialism in line with the apprenticeship training and apply those skills in the workplace
- Undertake any other duties in line with the responsibilities of the post
Training
Velocity apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, they will provide the skills necessary to succeed in the workplace and to expand future career prospects.
To remain and grow with the business after the successful completion of the apprenticeship.
