What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the development and coordination of MEP models with Revit.

Collaborate with a talented team of engineers, architects, and stakeholders to integrate designs seamlessly.

Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and best practices are maintained across the team.

Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks.

Create high-quality 2D and 3D technical drawings and documentation.

Mentor and support junior team members, sharing your expertise and helping them grow.

Attend project meetings, contributing to problem-solving and design reviews.

What We're Looking For:

Extensive experience in MEP coordination with Revit and a portfolio of successful projects.

Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and resolution.

A solid understanding of BIM Level 2 standards and protocols.

Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within building structures.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
