Business Admin Apprentice
You will be working closely with a team of Project Managers to support and drive forwards a portfolio of programmes, projects and new engagements., alongside demonstrating ESG’s EPIC values of Excellence, Passion, Integrity, and Collaboration.
Role
- General administration duties
- Building good working relationships with both internal and external customers
- Developing detailed industry knowledge and interpreting industry requirements
- Providing excellent customer service
- Providing professional, knowledgeable, and courteous responses to customer queries
- Responsible for helping to build excellent customer relationships
- Understanding the importance of quality control
- Accurately action Administration requests that are received via SharePoint and the PSO Mailbox
Training
- You will complete a level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
- Functional skills in Maths and English if required
- There are numerous routes you can take within ESG once you complete your apprenticeship
