DevOps Engineer

Were currently working with a rapidly growing UK-based IT service provider, who are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable systems across both cloud and on-premises environments for their clients. Youll be central to automating operations, improving performance, and ensuring security and availability.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure aligned with business needs
• Maintain stable on-premises environments with high availability
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling processes
• Oversee daily cloud operations, including provisioning and cost optimisation
• Implement and maintain security controls and compliance standards
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and network issues

Key Tech Stack (Experience with all of these is not a requirement):

• Cloud: AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform and Ansible
• Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
• OS: Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering
• Strong understanding of Linux systems
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps workflows
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
